This workshop will summarise learnings from divisions CDSM activity over the previous 12 months.
It will further explore strategies for the maintenance of both systems to support CDSM activity in general practice and the competencies required to support individual behaviour change.
Sessions will also focus on the role of health literacy in CDSM and narrative communication for education and training.
